Our Approach to Care

At Performance Physical Therapy we strive to provide the highest level of service in all aspects of our practice and utilize the most up-to-date and effective methods of patient care. We take the time to listen to our patients and are innovators in developing whole body solutions for chronic pain and unresolved injuries. We are flexible and creative in our approach to patient care and we train our patients to help themselves. Our care is tailored to you, the individual, and will improve your performance in Life and Sport.

We get results!

A Multi-faceted Approach – we combine our expertise in Manual Therapy with advanced techniques in movement therapy, fitness, and modalities specifically geared to enhance your healing response.

Individualized Care - by working with the same therapist, specific interventions will be developed just for you rather than generalized remedies. And your privacy will be maintained through the use of private treatment rooms and occasional gym use.

Providing Specialized Training - You will learn how your body works, how to make it work better, and how to keep it that way. Not only are we athletes, we are specialists in ergonomics for home and work.

Using Superior Knowledge – by keeping abreast of the most current research and methods worldwide, we are able to offer the most effective treatment techniques available.

The unique approach we use is derived from International and American styles such as: McKenzie, Maitland, Kaltenborn/Evenjenth, Canadian-style, Paris, John Barnes, John Iams, Cyriax, Loren Rex, Mitchell, Greenman, as well as, Eastern European and Asian methods.
